It's within a walking distance to Oldtown pedestrian bridge and most places in the city centre. the rooms, bathrooms, and pool area are spotless, and the facilities such as the penthouse apartment and terrace with lounge sofa and sun chairs are great advantages.

The only downside of the hotel is that despite some reminders in the stairwell, the guests might have to deal with noisy parties from the next door neighbours during quiet hours.
